How does it work?
We set up an appointment. The consultation is in my office if you are local (but maybe over the phone if you are out of the area). During the first appointment you tell me your story, ask your questions and I take a complete detailed history of your problem. I will make recommendations for a treatment plan. Together we will develop milestones which will we lead us to our agreed upon ultimate goal. As needed during subsequent appointments we see how things are progressing and what adjustments need to be made to the original plan. When goals are reached, treatment is concluded.
Consultation lengths and frequency can be modified and scheduled as desired. Email is used for brief updates between appointments. Some people need only a month or two to reach their goal. Some need just a quick appointment. Others need longer, depending on the situation and complications.
How much does it cost?
I bill $100/hour due at the time of the appointment. I do have some limited space for pro-bono and reduced fee work. Please let me know if you are interested in this option. I do not accept insurance, but am willing to provide you with any information you might need so that you may be reimbursed by your insurance company.
